During the approximately 1-hour session, you'll receive personalized support to clarify questions, overcome challenges, and find solutions tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're starting breastfeeding, transitioning back to work, or at any stage of the process, we're here to help.
Includes:
- Assessment of the baby's position and grip;
- Resolution of problems such as pain, engorgement or difficulty in milk letdown;
- Practical tips for increasing milk production or dealing with pumping and storage;
- Emotional support and confidence building in your ability to breastfeed.

The service is provided by a CAM (Breastfeeding Counselor).
In-person monitoring is possible within a 25km radius of Montemor-o-Velho upon request to geral@maeventura.pt and at an extra cost of €10.
