Where do we ship?
We currently ship to mainland Portugal and its islands, and mainland Spain. We will soon ship to some Central European countries (Germany, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands).

Preparation time?
After purchase (the moment payment is received), your order will be prepared and ready within 2 business days. It will then be delivered by the courier service, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Returns
Orders may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do so, you must return the items in their original condition, with the packaging unopened, tags intact, and without any signs of use to Rua Padre José Augusto dos Reis, lote 28, 3140-099 Carapinheira, Portugal.
The following products cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed in advance:
- services whose execution begins before the end of the legal term to exercise the right of free resolution;
- goods made to your specifications or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or perish quickly;
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, when opened after delivery;
- celebrated at auction ;
- digital content not supplied on a material medium, if its execution begins with the prior and express consent of the consumer and the consumer acknowledges that his consent implies the loss of the right to free withdrawal.
