Will I receive the same product I see in the images?

Most of the products correspond exactly to the image you see. There are, however, exceptions that are perfectly identified in the article description and that usually contain the words "random", "random", "similar".

Where can I see all discounted items?

Discounted items can be viewed by clicking on the "Special Offers" link located at the top of each store next to the search bar.

On the homepage of each store you can also see the Top Sales, Highlights and Promotions at the bottom of the page. 

How can I return an item?

To return an item you must contact us via email geral@maeventura.pt to indicate the shipping date and which order and item to be returned.

Will out-of-stock items be available again?

Some articles are Flash collections that will only be available for a certain period of time. If you want to order or get more information about an out-of-stock item, send an email to geral@maeventura.pt or fill out our form here.

Where do they ship to?

We currently only ship to Portugal and Spain. However, we hope to soon add more countries from Europe to the destination countries as well as increase the languages of our website.
